• Observed sanitizer bucket stored in grill prep area with no detectable amount of sanitizer solution (0ppm). Also observed weak sanitizer solution (10 ppm) in bucket stored in food prep area. CA: PIC had employees remake sanitizer buckets and test the sanitizer level.

• Observe wiping cloth chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. CA: PIC added more sanitizer.
• Observed washing machine water draining onto floor surface. CA: PIC stated that work order was placed.
• Observed sprayer hose at 3-compartment sink with water shooting onto the wall. CA: PIC stated that work order was placed.
• Remarks: Discussed employee health policy with PIC; Discussed with PIC about ordering a full covering for the front drive-thru ice machine; Work orders were placed for the washing machine and 3-comp sink sprayer.

• Observed no consumer advisory on the menus that discloses the risk of foodborne illnesses when consuming raw/undercooked foods. CA: PIC stated menus would be corrected as soon as possible.
• Observed improper scoop stored in a container of bread crumbs.
• Remarks: Provided procedures for the bodily fluid clean-up kit; Followed-up on April 6: sanitizer in all 3 dish machines are working properly.
