• Observed a dairy product held more than 24 hours after date marked. PIC was notified and the product was thrown out.
• Observed build-up of grease vents above fryers. CA: Discussed with PIC about cleaning frequencies.
• Observed back door ajar. Notified PIC about keeping back door closed when not in use.
