• Observed employee improperly washing hands with no use of soap and paper towels and also used prep sink to wash hands. PIC was notified of the issue and discussed how to wash hands and where.
• Observed an open beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. PIC Was notified and he removed drink.
• Observed old food stuck to clean dishware/utensils. PIC was notified of the issue and then removed dishes to be rewashed. Chlorine sanitize not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. PIC was notified of this issue as well and made a sanitizing bucket.
