• Observed a hand sink at the bar area without soap and paper towels. Soap and paper towels are to be present at each hand sink at all times. Discussed with PIC.
• Observed milk in the reach in cooler dated December 3 and December 5 that needed to be discarded (discarded during the inspection). Corrected On-Site.
• Observed liquid in a container in the reach in without a label. Liquid was discarded during the inspection. Corrected On-Site.
• Observed a shelving unit at the end of the cook line that is in need of being discarded, as its condition prevents it from being properly cleaned. Discussed with PIC.
• Hand sink near the three compartment sink only provided hot water and does not provide cold water to moderate the hot. The hot water is so hot that hands cannot be held under the water to properly wash and rinse them. Cold water should be repaired to moderate the hot water.
• Observed hand sink at bar that is continually dripping and will not shut off. Repair leak ASAP. Discussed with PIC.
• Observed hand sink that is pulled away from the wall and needs to be repaired. Discussed with the PIC.
• Observed the door from the kitchen to the dining area that is need of being cleaned and probably resurfaced with a new coat of paint, as the existing door is in poor condition and needs to be cleaned and repainted with an enamel based paint that is durable and cleanable.
