• Front hand sink station was out of paper towels. Employees had a hard time even locating more paper towels. Corrected On-Site.
• Walk in cooler was holding foods above the minimum cold holding temperature of 41 F (see temperatures above). Discussed with PIC. Cooler would be serviced immediately.
