• Observed in previous inspection beverages container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. CA: When notified, PIC had employees remove the items immediately. Corrected On-Site.
• Observed old food stuck to clean dishware/utensils.CA: PIC was notified and rewashed dirty utensils.
• Observed Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. CA: PIC Changed out solution and brought it to the proper strength. Corrected On-Site.
• Observed personal item, cell phone, stored with food and clean utensils. Ca: Discussed with PIC about, designating area for personal items. Corrected On-Site.
• Remarks: For the last two inspections there has been a consistent issue with employee activity as it pertains to personal items -- cell phones mainly -- and personal drinks. This issue was stressed fully to the PIC and we discussed the need to create an area specifically for drinks and other personal items such as cell phones. Before the inspection ended, The PIC and I created an area for drinking beverages and employee uses/storage of cell phones.
