• Observed old food stuck to food fryer baskets after cleaning. CA: items were rewashed.
• Observed no copy of latest inspection report posted in front of house. CA: Informed PIC that a current copy must be posted in the front service area and not only in drive-thru window for public view.
• Observed plastic containers being stacked wet. CA: Discussed drying methods with manager and items were rewashed and stacked properly.

• Observed potentially hazardous foods not stored at 41°F or below (lettuce: 49°F, sliced tomatoes: 46°F, diced tomatoes: 49°F). CA: PIC placed items in reach-in cooler to rapidly cool down to 41°F since items were stored above 41F for less than 4 hours.
