The Bartow County Environmental Health Department conducted food service inspections May 25 through June 8 at the following establishments:

• Observed buildup of slime in the interior of ice machine. CA: Notified PIC about issue and was told that the ice bin would be cleaned.
• Observed no records available for time as public health control. CA: Notified PIC about having a written procedure for changing water used to store utensils used to handle food.
• Observed equipment and utensils not properly air-dried. CA: Discussed with PIC about how to properly air dry utensils.
• Observed accumulation of debris on in-between equipment. CA: Discussed with PIC about cleaning frequencies.
  
• Outer openings (back door) of establishment were not properly sealed when not in operation. CA: Door was closed when brought to PIC's attention.

• Observed equipment and utensils not properly air-dried (wet stacked). CA: Notified PIC about stacking dishes properly to allow for air drying.
• Observed personal items -- closed drink container and cigarettes -- stored with food. CA: Notified PIC about issue and items were removed.
