• Observed coke nozzles that had growth on them and needed to be cleaned and sanitized... Nozzles were cleaned during the inspection... Corrected On-Site.
• Observed buns removed from packaging sitting on a prep table as well as on a dirty can opener and touching a dirty oven mitt and a dirty box of clear wrap. All food contact surfaces must be cleaned and sanitized or relocated prior to using as a prep area.
• Chili in the hot hold unit at 106F.. Discussed with the PIC that all commercially packaged hot held items must reach at least 135F before going to the steam table... Chili was thoroughly reheated... Corrected On-Site.
• Observed a chemical cleaner stored in a “Green Tea” 16oz bottle with an attached sprayer. Only used properly identified spray bottles to hold chemicals of any sort. Never use a drinking bottle to store chemicals. Corrected On-Site.
