Rezonings, Purchases on Council Agenda

The at its Thursday meeting is expected to decide on a proposed salvage yard operation at North Erwin and West Porter streets.

Roy Rozanske has asked the city to allow the operation in the traditionally Heavy Industrial area. The Planning Commission recommends denial of the request.

In addition to the special permit, Rozanske also is seeking a variance to eliminate buffer and minimum lot size requirements for salvage yards.
