Volunteers Buy 15 Wheelchairs For Cartersville Medical Center

The purchase was made by the Cartersville Medical Center Auxiliary.

CARTERSVILLE, GA — The Cartersville Medical Center Auxiliary recently purchased 15 new wheelchairs for Cartersville Medical Center.

The volunteers purchase equipment for the hospital annually from proceeds from the hospital's gift shop and through occasional donations.

Cartersville Medical Center spokesperson Ginger Tyra said the purchase totaled around $5,000.
