Wanted Man Ran, Bear Sprayed Officer: Police
He was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, burglary, parole violation and obstruction.

CARTERSVILLE, GA — A wanted man was arrested Monday soon after 1:45 p.m. by Cartersville police. An officer spotted the man, who ran, causing a pursuit.
James Riseden, the suspect in custody, fled from the officer, crossing Cassville Road and Sugar Valley, "disappearing into thick brush," a press release said. Officers found him in residential area.
Riseden, who was in possession of methamphetamine, sprayed the officers with bear spray. They then apprehended him, and he was arrested without injury.
