That’s because the city of Cartersville and Bartow County government offices will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 26 and Friday, Nov. 27 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
Both entities will return to a normal schedule on Monday, Nov. 30.

Cartersville residents with trash and recycling service on those days will receive pick-up on Monday, Nov. 30, along with the regular Monday schedule.
The Bartow County Library System will also be closed on Thursday and Friday.
