Quick Saturday yard sale marketing tip.. If you have a yard sale or go to yard or garage sale be sure to let people know what you do!
I made sure to print up some flyers for properties we have available and on the back let people know that we also BUY houses & mobile homes!
UPDATE: I have an appointment to look at a seller’s home Monday. Plus, that seller and another visitor gave me a heads up about two other homes that are for sale and about to be for sale. Plus, we made $282. Not bad!
