Studies have shown a reduced risk of breast cancer in physically active women. Zumba® is a fitness platform that offers a fun and effective total body workout that also helps build self-confidence.
An additional benefit is the relationships that result from the community of participants that regularly attend class.
Zumba instructor Michele Strickland will lead the 90-minute Zumba class. The class is free to those who make a minimum $10 donation.
Each $10 donation includes the class, an Honor/Memory Tribute on the Warrior Wall and a Party in Pink wristband. Please make checks payable to The Hope Center Foundation (add Party in Pink in the memo section).
