• DCA Awards $40.9 Million in CDBG Grant Funds (savannahceo.com) — Cornelia is set to receive a $1 million Community Development Block Grant for major water and sewer upgrades in the Garden Gates and Whispering Woods neighborhoods, with a total project cost of over $1.5 million. The work will modernize local infrastructure for 137 residents, most of whom are low-to-moderate income, as part of a broader $40.9 million statewide investment.
