66-Year-Old Arrested For Child Molestation in Hall County
The man molested three young girls over the course of almost two years, according to the sheriff's office.
GAINESVILLE, GA — A 66-year-old man from Gainesville has been arrested on charges that he molested three young girls over the course of nearly two years.
William Waller was arrested Saturday and is charged with sexual battery and three counts of child molestation.
Between August 1, 2015 and May 20, 2017, Waller molested the three girls at his Hall County home, according to the Hall County Sheriff's Office. Waller was an acquaintance of all three victims, the sheriff's office said.

After an investigation, detectives obtained a warrant for Waller's arrest. He was taken into custody without incident and is being held at Hall County Jail without bond. His first court appearance is scheduled for July 6.
The case remains under investigation, according to the sheriff's office.
