From the Forsyth County Animal Shelter:
Senior dog looking to catch that ultimate break and find a nice home for his remaining years. Hershey is 9 years and 9 months and he is surrounded by younger dogs at the HSFC.
He is our grand old man and he is rolling with it waiting for a very special person or family looking to do a great thing for a very well deserving dog.

Hershey is housebroken and loves to cuddle with people. Hershey is fantastic on a leash and has a very sweet and charming personality once he gets to know you. Hershey is a Labrador Retriever mix with all the wonderful characteristics of a Chocolate Lab.
Hershey is compatible with other dogs after an initial get to know you period. Hoping the big guys time is soon, it really would be a wonderful adoption for such a kind and well-mannered dog.
