Carrington Academy Delivers Food & Art Supplies to Local Children

Students at Carrington Academy Midway in Cumming recently donated more than 100 items to Children’s Center for Hope & Healing, an organization that benefits local children in need. Throughout December, students held donation drives to collect nonperishable food items and art supplies, including markers, glue and construction paper. At the end of the collection, students sorted the items and helped prepare the donation for delivery to the organization. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of giving back to the community.

Children's Center for Hope & Healing is dedicated to stopping the cycle of child sexual abuse and preventing the exploitation of children.
