Carrington Academy Donates Over 760 Items to Local Food Pantry

Students at Carrington Academy on Kelly Mill Road in Cumming recently donated more than 760 food items to Cumming First United Methodist Church's food pantry. Over the past month, students collected nonperishable food items to help stock the organization's shelves and feed community members in need. At the end of the food drive, students counted and organized the items to prepare them for delivery to the food pantry. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of helping others.
