Carrington Academy Donates School Supplies to Local Nonprofit

Campers at Carrington Academy on Majors Road in Cumming recently donated more than 150 school supply items to The Place of Forsyth County, which assists people of the Forsyth County area with essential needs and the tools to be self-sustaining. Throughout July, campers held a donation drive to collect a variety of items, including backpacks, glue, pencils, crayons, markers and notebooks. After the collection, campers organized the donations to prepare them for delivery to the organization. Through this initiative, campers learned the importance of spreading kindness and helping other children.
