Downtown Obstruction Cleared
The obstruction just in front of the county jail was removed by 11:20 a.m. Monday.

CUMMING, GA -- Forsyth County sheriff’s deputies and Cumming police have removed an obstruction in the roadway in front of the county jail, the sheriff’ office said Monday morning.
According to the sheriff’s office’s Facebook page, the obstruction began just after 9:30 a.m. and wasn’t cleared until 11:20 a.m. Pictures from the incident appear to show an oversize load trailer spilling its cargo at the intersection of W Maple Street and Veterans Memorial Blvd.
