FORSYTH COUNTY, GA – Forsyth County Senior Services will host a handbag auction event on Saturday, April 28 from 1:30 to 3 p.m. at Sexton Hall Enrichment Center located at 2115 Chloe Drive.

Gently used handbags, purses and wallets donated earlier this year will be available for bidding through a silent auction, with a few special items being auctioned off live. Proceeds from the auction will benefit older adults in need through Forsyth County Senior Services.

“We are excited to raise money for older adults in need in our community and to do it in such a fun way,” said Senior Services Director Ruthie Brew. “It’s a unique opportunity to get a new handbag and help others at the same time.”
