Martin Road In Forsyth Closed For Construction
The road is expected to re-open in August, according to county officials.
CUMMING, GA — Martin Road, at State Route 9 in northern Forsyth County, will be closed this week for construction.
County officials said the road would be closed to through traffic beginning on Monday. The closure is meant to allow for reconstruction of the intersection at Martin Road and State Route 9.
The road is expected to re-open to traffic on Friday, August 18, if weather permits, officials said.

"Motorists' patience during this temporary closure is appreciated," the county said in a news release.
