Students Serenade Residents at Local Senior Living Community

Students from Carrington Academy Windermere in Cumming recently paid a special visit to a local senior living community. Students stopped by Towne Club Windermere in Cumming to spread holiday cheer by performing carols, making crafts, decorating a tree and presenting residents with handmade cards. Carrington Academy Windermere students have an ongoing partnership with Towne Club Windermere, and also invited the residents to their school on Nov. 16 for a Thanksgiving feast. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of giving back to others, especially during the holiday season.
