Today's riddle: What do you call a belt that is made of watches? 🤔 (Answer below!)
• Randolph-Clay has first winning season since 2016 (wtvm.com) — Randolph-Clay High's football team in Cuthbert is undefeated at 5-0, securing its first winning season since 2016 and giving local fans plenty to cheer about. Players and coaches credit a stronger sense of brotherhood and are dedicating this special year to head coach Charles Truitt, who is persevering through the loss of his two sons.
• Franklin 'Frank' Dempsey Griffin (theblacksheartimes.com) — A native son of Cuthbert, Franklin "Frank" Dempsey Griffin, has passed away at 82 after a brief illness, leaving a large extended family. Though he later settled in Hortense, he carried his Cuthbert roots into military service, business ownership, and a life centered on faith, family, and grandchildren.
