Dacula All-Star Team Wins State Championship

Girls' 12-and-under softball team ends season undefeated.

The Dacula Falcons Major All-Stars won the 12-and-under state championship this weekend.

The team, coached by Scott Bock, finished the season 16-0. The team went 4-0 at the state tournament which was held July 2-3 in Cumming.

“It was a great all around effort with everyone playing some solid softball,” Bock wrote in an emailed statement.

Bock said base running was the key to the team’s success this weekend.

“The girls were incredible and I was proud to be their coach,” Bock added.
