Hebron Varsity Softball Going from Good to Great
Head coach LeAnn Mitchell says her team is focused on the playoffs.
The Hebron Christian Academy varsity softball team is focused and determined to go all the way to the playoffs.
“My goal is to make it to Columbus and the State A playoffs,” said head coach LeAnn Mitchell.
The team’s dream to make it to the finals will not be easy, but they are focused and have been working hard to achieve their goal.

“We have been practicing hard all summer,” Mitchell said. “Our focus is going from good to great, making extraordinary plays routine and playing fundamental ball.”
This determined team is made up of several strong and talented players. In addition to team goals, Mitchell has set high individual goals for her players.

“I have seven senior leaders,” she proudly announced, “and they are doing an outstanding job. My goal is to get all of them signed to play at the college level.”
With determination and talent, the Hebron varsity softball team is an exciting team to watch. Mitchell said she is thankful for the fans that come out to support the team and wanted to pass along this message:
“Thank you for your support,” she said. “Please continue to come and cheer our HCA Lions to the playoffs!”
