• Paulding County authorities say they're investigating case against 'West Georgia Monster' accused serial rapist, seeking other potential victims (11alive.com) — Paulding County authorities are investigating whether accused serial rapist Bobby Lee Hart Jr. may have additional victims in Paulding County, including the city of Dallas and nearby Hiram. Officials say a 2012 assault actually occurred in Paulding and now link Hart to as many as 25 possible victims, urging anyone with information or concerns to contact the Victims Service Unit.
