• Driver charged with DUI, Reckless Driving following crash involving school bus (wdef.com) — A multi-vehicle crash on Riverbend Road at Henton Road in Dalton left a 13-year-old school bus passenger with a reported injury and shut the roadway Friday morning. Georgia State Patrol says a Ford F-150 tried to pass in a no-passing zone, sideswiped multiple vehicles, then hit the bus and another car before the driver allegedly left the scene and was charged with DUI and reckless driving.
