18 DeKalb Families Forced Out Hotel At Night Due To Fire
When a fire broke out in the middle of the night, 18 families staying at a DeKalb hotel had to evacuate.
DEKALB COUNTY, GA — Eighteen families were put out of their hotel rooms in the middle of the night when a fire broke out Monday, according to officials.
The fire started at the Oyo Hotel in DeKalb County, reported the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Fire crews responded to the motel on Wesley Club Drive around midnight. No injuries were reported.
The guests have been provided with temporary lodging before the Red Cross steps in to assist.
