3 Stolen Luxury Cars Worth $400K Found By Brookhaven Police

A Rolls Royce and two Maseratis were found behind a Buford Highway motel by Brookhaven police. They were looking for them since Jan. 31.

DEKALB COUNTY, GA — Brookhaven police recovered three stolen luxury vehicles worth nearly $400,000, their police department shared Monday through a Facebook post. A Rolls Royce and two Maseratis were found behind a Buford Highway motel.

According to police, officers had been on the lookout for the cars that had come from a dealership in Texas after Atlanta Police Auto Theft investigators notified them on Jan. 31.

When they discovered the stolen vehicles, they surveilled the cars and later arrested three men who had returned and got inside the vehicles:

31 year-old Yves M. Amakon of Snellville, GA
30 year-old Lester R. Price, Jr. of Houston, TX
24 year-old Julian Callahan of Katy, TX

Each man is charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property.
