• Another mosquito trap tests positive for West Nile virus in DeKalb County (atlantanewsfirst.com) — West Nile virus has been detected in multiple mosquito traps across DeKalb County, including one in the 30035 Decatur–Stonecrest area, though no human cases have been reported. Health officials say eight traps have tested positive since mid-July in nearby ZIP codes from Avondale Estates to Doraville, and they're urging residents to take precautions against mosquito bites.
