Anxiety Support Group

Anxiety effects over 40 million Americans, yet it feels like a very isolating condition. Even though we do not want others to suffer, it is a relief to
know that there are people who share our experiences. The support group allows people the opportunity to meet regularly with others and share how anxiety impacts their life. This group is less intensive and in-depth than the therapy group. A few of the topics that will be discussed are triggers, coping skills, boundaries, as well as meditation and contemplative practices. A pre-session intake meeting is required before attending a group. Regular weekly attendance is not required.
