National Stoneworks, Construction Resources’ multi-family and hospitality arm, recently completed work on the new Omni Nashville Hotel and 200,000 square foot expansion of the Country Music Hall of Fame Museum. This LEED Silver certified, 21-story, 800-room luxury hotel is located on Fifth Avenue across from the Music City Center.
Known as “The Key to Music City,” the Omni Nashville Hotel is a modern expression of the city’s distinct character. It includes 80,000 square feet of meeting and event space along with popular restaurants and retail venues. These include Bob’s Steak & Chop House, Mokara Spa, Bongo Java Coffee Shop, Barlines and its signature three-meal Southern restaurant, Kitchen Notes.
“We are honored to have been one of the many partners that worked together with general contractor Brasfield & Gorrie,” explained Richard Schwartz, partner in National Stoneworks. “We hope visitors enjoy this impressive monument to country music in America.”

National Stoneworks manufactured and installed teak entertainment bars, granite vanity tops and vanity wood bases in wenge and metal in 800 of the hotel’s guest rooms. These high quality countertops, bars and additions are a prominent example of the work the company does, both for commercial and residential applications.
In addition to commercial work, Construction Resources also brings the same level of professionalism to residential projects, including quick turnaround time and full installation of any product.
