Beat the Heat, Save a Life and Meet our Pets of the Week: a Nanny Dog and a Belgian Malinois

LifeLine Animal Project invites you to beat the heat and come into the shelter to adopt your new best friend at DeKalb County Animal Services (DCAS).  Throughout June, all dogs and cats ages six months or older are only $25!  The adoption fee includes spay/neuter vaccinations, microchip and more.  As always, adopters will be screened to ensure the animal is going to a loving home.  The shelter is full now, so your adoption will save a life!  So come into the shelter, adopt a new family member and take advantage of this fantastic deal!

LifeLine’s DeKalb Animal Services Pets of the Week:  Kipper and Leslie

Meet Kipper, a very handsome three-year-old old American Staffordshire Terrier. Kipper is a very smiley, happy boy who loves people.  His breed was once considered a ‘nanny dog’ in Europe, because of how caring and gentle they are with children, so it’s not surprising that Kipper is great with kids.  He is also good with other dogs, loves to play outside and loves to snuggle with humans.  Kipper’s adoption fee is only $25 all month!

If you didn’t think you could find purebred dogs at the shelter, think again.  Our next dog is a beautiful Belgian Malinois.  Meet Leslie, a five year old female who has a very happy disposition.  Leslie loves to run and play and gets along well with other dogs too.  This gorgeous girl is also only $25 under our adoption special!
