Eliminate 80% of Disease just by doing this!

Don't do this and you are more than likely going to succumb to disease and die younger than you should.

Epidemiologists estimate that 80% of the most common diseases are linked to obesity and a sedentary lifestyle. Obese people are at an increased risk for cardiovascular diseases, vascular diseases, hypertension, diabetes, and cancer. Regular physical activity lowers the risk of developing breast, colorectal, and cervical cancers.

There is absolutely no excuse for not taking better care of yourself.  Of course all sorts of excuses can be made, "I don't have enough time", etc.  Well just think about how fast your time is gonna run out if you DON'T get up and get active.
