Sketchworks 'The Laughing Dead' Live Comedy Just Around the Corner

Sketchworks isn't a new theater in town, but it's got a new show running you won't want to miss.  'The Laughing Dead' runs Fridays and Saturdays from now until May 18.  The new show has short films and quick sketches just like SNL and the Carol Burnett Show.

I found Sketchworks classes over a year ago and started through their acting track.  The classes are the farm team for the stage, a way they bring you up and get you ready to perform as only Sketchworks can.  As a 'mainstage' actor now, I've started taking their writing classes and was allowed to submit sketches for their last two shows.  In 'The Laughing Dead' I have two live sketches and two filmed pieces I'd love for you to see.

There's so much stand up and improv in Atlanta these days (and let's not forget all the good TV), but believe me when I tell you there is nothing quite like a long rehearsed, well-oiled sketch show to make getting off your duff and outta the house worth your while.
