North American Menopause Society reports the amount of steps it takes a day to significantly reduce diabetes, blood pressure and heart disease.

6,000 Steps.

Women 45-72 years old who walked 6,000 or more steps a day had a significantly lower risk of developing diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease.
