Burglars Steal Decatur Woman's Irreplaceable Wedding Keepsake
Guests signed a guitar rather than a guest book at a wedding; burglars grabbed the unique item this week.

Burglars who broke into four apartments on Olympic Place took laptops and other items, but one stolen keepsake can never be replaced.
The thieves stole guitar that was used at a guest book at Amy Arnold’s wedding.
“It bothers me so much that someone has that guitar, and they probably don’t even realize how important that it is,” Arnold told WSB TV. “We used that as our guest book so it was signed by all our family and friends who were guests at our wedding.”

Decaturish.com reports burglars kicked in the back doors of four apartments, grabbing three laptop computers, crystal items, toys, and two guitars, including Arnold’s keepsake.
A resident told the website the thieves fled after a neighbor who was home heard the noise. The suspects were described as three black men who left the area driving a newer model white Chrysler Sedan.
