Bye Bye Birdie... presented by the STM Players

Community musical theater production

Bye Bye Birdie is a fun, family friendly musical set in the 1950’s about a rock icon being drafted into the Army and the frenzy that creates in the small town of Sweet Apple, Ohio when his brilliant managers come up with a plan for him to bestow One Last Kiss on one lucky teenage girl before he ships off. Familiar tunes from this show include “Put On a Happy Face,” “Kids” and “A Lot of Livin’ to Do.”

This show is a ministry of Decatur’s own St. Thomas More Church and features talent from Decatur, Avondale Estates and beyond.

Tickets are $5 for kids and $12 for adults and are available at the door one hour prior to curtain.
