Person Shot In Act of Road Rage In DeKalb County

STONE MOUNTAIN, GA — A person was shot in an act of road rage Monday near Tradd Court and Ashley Lane, CBS46 News reported.

DeKalb police told Patch a suspect shot at a passing car, hitting the driver. The passing car then hit a second car, and the two people ran into a home.

Channel 2 Action News said in an earlier report that the corner of an Ashley Lane house was also hit by the first car. The vehicle, which was identified as a silver SUV, had at least six bullet holes.

The person that was shot was taken to the hospital in serious condition, police said.

No arrests have been made, and there are no other injuries, police said.
