In Case You Missed It: New Info on Decatur Sushi Restaurant

Brush Sushi Izakaya is set to open in January at 316 Church Street.

A new blog posting from Atlanta Magazine has some details:

• The restaurant will feature Gulf-sourced fish and locally grown and raised vegetables and meats.
• Brush will serving sushi, fried and grilled skewers.
• There will be three tiers of omakase offerings.
• Other menu items are grilled whole squid with wasabi salt and chili miso sauce; chicken wing and thigh yakitori; braised pork belly bun; and fried octopus balls. It will also feature chicken ramen.
• Brush will offer a full bar with local beers, wine, and 8-10 cocktails.
