On Tuesday, April 21, at 6:30 p.m., guests will enjoy executive chef Leif Johnson's menu of Chilean-inspired dishes, paired with wines from Sierra Batuco, including two from the winery's exquisite Luma Chequen label, both of which have been aged in French oak for 12 months. Chuck Squires, local wine expert and president of Pinnacle Beverage Group, will also be in attendance to educate guests on the wines and explain why each was selected.
