COVID 19 Tests In DeKalb Will Be Paused This Weekend
DeKalb Board of Health announced that there won't be any COVID-19 testing during holiday weekend.
DEKALB COUNTY, GA — No COVID-19 tests or related calls will take place over the fourth of July weekend, according to The DeKalb County Board of Health.
DeKalb’s COVID-19 call center and testing sites will be closed both Friday and Saturday, according to the department’s Twitter post. Testing will resume Monday.
In Georgia,DeKalb County has the third-highest number of confirmed coronavirus cases. County officials sent out a public safety alert urging DeKalb residents to get tested, social distance and more.

“The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases is rapidly increasing in DeKalb and across Georgia,” the alert read.
