DECATUR, GA — A Decatur man was arrested Tuesday on a warrant that alleged he neglected to report the death of his 88-year-old aunt, according to a press release from the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office.
Charles Frederick Peters, 37, of Decatur, shared a North Williamsburg Drive apartment with his aunt, the press release says. He's alleged to have "concealed evidence" of the death of his aunt, Elizabeth Stewart, whose body had been decomposing in her bed for about a month.
