Decatur Murder Suspect Arrested in College Park
Jerrell Deante Shorter is charged in last week's murder of Dewayne Martin.
The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Fugitive Squad has arrested Jerrell Deante Shorter and charged him with the murder of Dewayne Martin.
Shorter is accused of shooting Martin to death back on Oct. 22, 2015 on Oakdale Road.
Police say Shorter was arrested without incident as he left a College Park apartment building. He is in custody at the DeKalb County Jail.
