School Bus Runs Over Student's Leg In Decatur: Police

DECATUR, GA — A 7-year-old child is in stable condition after his leg was run over by a school bus around 7 a.m. Wednesday at Brown Drive, DeKalb Police said.

The child was running after the bus when he slipped and fell, police said. The bus driver did not see the child and ran over his leg, police said.

The child was taken to a local hospital, and the accident is being investigated, police said.
