Decatur's The White Bull Now Serving New Brunch Menu
The White Bull, located on the Decatur square, is offering a new brunch menu on Saturdays and Sundays.

DECATUR, GA -- The White Bull, a farm-forward restaurant from Executive Chef Pat Pascarella on the Decatur Square, is now serving a new brunch menu on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30am to 2:30pm. Each item is crafted with ingredients sourced exclusively from Georgia farmers and purveyors. Highlights on the brunch menu include:
- Sweet Potato Hash with sausage, togarashi aioli and duck egg
- Shakshuka with egg, peppers tomato, labneh and za'atar
- Egg in a Hole Croissant with sausage gravy, honey and tomatoes
- Ricotta and Cornmeal Pancakes with apple and sorghum
- Anson Mills Grits with beef ragu, egg, parmesan and arugula
Along with brunch, each table will be greeted with a complimentary basket of housemade pastries and baked goods from the restaurant's new Pastry Chef Cat Deptula. Since joining The White Bull last month, Chef Deptula has developed a new dessert menu featuring items such as Chai Tres Leches Cake and Bonet with amaretti and almonds.
Also new to the restaurant's team is pasta guru Ramsey Eden.
