DeKalb County Employee Arrested
The former aide in the auto theft unit is charged with computer invasion of privacy.

DECATUR, GA -- A civilian employee of the DeKalb County Police Department has been arrested for invasion of privacy.
Shirley Waters, an aide with the auto theft unit, has been charged with providing and selling accident information to Reginald Earl Jenkins.
Felony warrants for bribery and criminal conspiracy to commit computer invasion of privacy were obtained for Jenkins, who was arrested Tuesday.

DeKalb Police's intelligence unit, acting on a complaint from an accident victim, arrested Waters on Monday, following a three-month investigation.
